Our new licensing portal at licensing.ruxsoftware.com is not open to customers yet. We will email you with guides when access is ready.

To change a licence count now

If your partner supplies your subscriptions, please contact your partner first.

Otherwise, email support@ruxsoftware.com or open a ticket at support.ruxsoftware.com. Please tell us:

• Your company name and the product.
• The subscription you want to change (its name as shown on your invoice).
• Your current quantity and the quantity you need.
• The date you want the change to take effect.

We will confirm the options, timing and any billing change before we make it. Reductions and cancellations depend on your subscription terms.
