Here’s an overview of what’s new or changed in the latest version of RUX Invoice and Statement Delivery, including solution revisions.
If you self-manage updates, you should run the app update from your Business Central Admin Center. If you’re on the Update Protection Plan, this update will be applied for you.

New features & enhancements
New features and enhancements included in this release are:
- Invoice and Statement Delivery provides wildcard guidance in the Email Body field tooltips and updated Invoice Email Subject values, making email templates easier to configure.
- Invoice and Statement Delivery supports customer-specific file naming on the Customer Card, allowing document file name templates to override global ISD settings and incorporate values such as Global Dimension 2.
Solution revisions
Solution revisions included in this release are:
- Invoice and Statement Delivery supports emailing Service Invoices from Customer Ledger Entries through Email Selected Documents, including PDF attachments and customer-specific report layouts.
- Invoice and Statement Delivery setup accepts activation keys entered in the setup wizard and displays the related expiration date, allowing initial setup to be completed within the wizard.
- Invoice and Statement Delivery applies rich text email signature content entered in the Setup Wizard to ISD Setup, allowing system-level email signatures to be retained after setup is completed.
- ISD Setup Wizard supports marking pre-ISD posted invoices as sent during upload and updates pending invoices to Delivered as part of the process.
