Here’s an overview of what’s new or changed in the latest version of RUX Invoice and Statement Delivery, including solution revisions.
If you self-manage updates, you should run the app update from your Business Central Admin Center. If you’re on the Update Protection Plan, this update will be applied for you.

New features & enhancements
New features and enhancements included in this release are:
- The Quick Start wizard guides users through a simple step by step ISD setup, handling permissions, email configuration, demo data, and customer defaults in one streamlined flow.
- Advanced Report Mapping selects the correct invoice, statement, or credit memo format based on record filters and priority rules, with predefined mappings available for RUX Rental and RUX Service.
- Email Scenario Attachments automatically include predefined files on invoices, statements, credit memos, and other ISD emails based on the assigned email scenario.
Solution revisions
Solution revisions included in this release are:
- Invoices sent from the Invoice Delivery Dashboard now use the Test Email Address in ISD Setup, overriding the AR email on the customer card.
