Here’s an overview of what’s new or changed in the latest version of RUX Rentals, including solution revisions. 

If you self-manage updates, you should run the app update from your Business Central Admin Center. If you’re on the Update Protection Plan, this update will be applied for you.

Solution revisions

Solution revisions included in this release are: 

• Project Planning Lines for Items appended to rental contracts when Advanced Sales Line Shipping is enabled do not create a linked Sales Order with the item nor will the appended item be added to an existing linked Sale Order. The posting of the usage on the project journal will “Ship” the appended lines and decrease the inventory levels accordingly.
• Dispatch Pickup Loads posted with lines that have Qty. Picked Up of zero and the Default Blank Return Date is enabled on Rental Management Setup, then the rental line fields of Rental Return Date and Requested Pickup Date are reset to blank, and the Dispatch Status is reset to Delivery Complete.

Region-specific solution revisions included in this release are: 

Global

• The Rental Quote or Rental Contract reports print the correct Unit Price Excl. VAT for the Sales Charges, and the contract Sales Lines maintain the correct Line Amount Excl. VAT.
