How to set up Topaz signature pads for signature capture

There are two steps to setup Topaz signature pads for signature capture in RUX Service:

1. Installing drivers and the Topaz app

2. Testing the signature capture

Use these links to download and install the Topaz drivers and app to the workstation/device the signature pad is connected to:

Without the drivers and app installed, the signature pad will not be properly connected and will either do nothing or give an error. 

To test the signature capture using the signature pad, in a test company, open an existing Service Ticket. 

1. From the Document Signature factbox, click on Capture Signature Topaz. 
2. Enter the Full Name, Initials and Signature.
3. Click on Accept & Sign. 

Note: Clicking on Close will close the page without capturing the signature.
