Applies to: Customers with a BC Toolbox implementation/deployment package
To deploy your BC Toolbox solution, RUX needs access to your Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. We request this through a Granular Delegated Administrator Privileges (GDAP) relationship — a standard, scoped Microsoft access model.
Who accepts it: A Global Administrator in your Microsoft 365 tenant.
How to accept:
- RUX sends you a unique GDAP invitation link (generated for your organization specifically — it's time-limited, so use it within 90 days of receiving it).
- Have your Global Administrator open the link and sign in.
- Review the requested roles, then accept the relationship.
What happens next: Once access is confirmed, we'll assign a consultant who will work on the deployment with you — starting with environment confirmation, installation, and license keys.
If you're not sure who your Global Administrator is, your internal IT team or Microsoft partner can identify them.
