Accepting a GDAP relationship with RUX

Modified on Thu, 11 Jun at 12:36 PM

Applies to: Customers with a BC Toolbox implementation/deployment package

To deploy your BC Toolbox solution, RUX needs access to your Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. We request this through a Granular Delegated Administrator Privileges (GDAP) relationship — a standard, scoped Microsoft access model.

Who accepts it: A Global Administrator in your Microsoft 365 tenant.

How to accept:

  1. RUX sends you a unique GDAP invitation link (generated for your organization specifically — it's time-limited, so use it within 90 days of receiving it).
  2. Have your Global Administrator open the link and sign in.
  3. Review the requested roles, then accept the relationship.

What happens next: Once access is confirmed, we'll assign a consultant who will work on the deployment with you — starting with environment confirmation, installation, and license keys.

If you're not sure who your Global Administrator is, your internal IT team or Microsoft partner can identify them.
