Here’s an overview of what’s new or changed in the latest version of RUX Rentals, including solution revisions. 

If you self-manage updates, you should run the app update from your Business Central Admin Center. If you’re on the Update Protection Plan, this update will be applied for you.

Solution revisions

Solution revisions included in this release are: 

• When using ODT Rental Quote Approval Workflows and add a Note to a quote the Note flows to the new Rental Contract when run Make Contract.
  
• When open the Suggested Email Addresses from the Send Email To: field and choose Contact in the Select Entity field the Contacts linked to the Customer are displayed in the lines. 
• When adding a new rental unit line to a rental document in a different time zone the date-time fields on the rental lines are adjusted to the time zone the user is in.
• When auto extend a rental contract from the Rental Invoicing Worksheet in a different time zone than the original time zone on a contract, the Rental Return Date-Time, Rental End Date-Time, and Rental Billing End Date-Time on the rental lines are adjusted to the time zone the user is in.
