Date Formats in EFT and Direct Debit Files

Common date formats used with EFT and Direct Debit files require updating depending on the bank and specifications.  The most common examples are a Julian date (date as a 5 digit number) or a representation as YYMMDD for example.


in the Data Exchange Definition, an example of how to configure the column definition are:


If the date is a display of 6 or 8 digits and shown as YYMMDD for example:
