How to change license counts of existing subscriptions via your Shop account

Overview

This article explains how to change your existing license subscriptions — adding (buying) or reducing (cancelling) licenses — directly from the RUX online Shop.

Step 1: Sign in to the RUX Shop

Go to https://shop.ruxsoftware.com and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Open your subscriptions

From your dashboard, find the Subscriptions section and select your Active Subscriptions.

Step 3: Choose the subscription to change

Click into Active Subscriptions to see the full list. In the Actions column on the right, click the ••• menu for the subscription you want to change, then choose one of:

• Buy Licenses — to add licenses
• Cancel an add-on — to remove a specific add-on
• Cancel the subscription — to cancel the whole subscription

Step 4: To add licenses

Choose Buy Licenses. In the Purchase of extra license dialog, enter the number of additional licenses you need and click Submit.

Step 5: To reduce or cancel

Choose the relevant cancel option. In the dialog, you can cancel a number of seats (to reduce) or cancel the whole subscription. Select the item(s) to cancel, set the quantity and cancellation type, add any cancellation instructions, then click Submit.
