As a standard policy, RUX Software provides you with the basic enhancement plan that is to renewal annual and does not include direct support with Microsoft. There are additional options including 3 year renewal options if these are of interest and you can contact our receivables@opendoorerp.com if interested in alternatives. In summary, maintaining your Microsoft Dynamics Enhancement provides your organization with rights to new versions, hotfixes, service packs and regulatory updates of NAV (excluding payroll).
